IM 类，所有 API 交互都通过该类的实例来操作，实例化支持的参数参见 IMOption。

  消息加急本质上是修改消息属性，在中台侧仅为一个状态变更。加急之后的附加操作（如全局提醒、短信电话提醒等）需要业务方自行处理。
